Who We Are
APH CPAs was founded in 1989 by Charles (Chuck) Akersloot, III, CPA, MTA, CVA. He is our Senior Tax Manager, bringing over 25 years of experience in tax accounting, valuation services, business consulting, litigation support and tax issues across a wide variety of industries.
In 1993, he was joined by Lisa Patterson, CPA, CPE. Lisa is firm’s managing partner; primarily responsible for managing the daily operations of the firm and working with the Auditing and Accounting department. Lisa brings 22 years of experience in auditing, fraud examination and litigation support, with a special interest in working with small businesses and non-profits.
Sarah Hardee, CPA joined the firm in 2002. Our newest partner, Sarah specializes in financial statement presentation and auditing. In addition to managing the Auditing and Accounting department, she is the main contact for financial statement clients.
Our staff also includes many other CPAs and EAs who can assist with your tax and accounting needs.
